Regular Season Round 15: Souffel - Hyeres-Toulon 85-77

Leading Hyeres-Toulon (11-4) recorded its fourth loss on the court of seventh ranked Souffelweyersheim. Visitors were defeated by Souffelweyersheim 85-77. They made 17-of-19 charity shots (89.5 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for naturalized Mali swingman Sourata Cisse (196-86) who led his team to a victory scoring 22 points and 7 rebounds. American forward Jarryd Cole (205-88, college: Iowa) helped adding 20 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks. Four Souffelweyersheim players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was William Howard (201-93) with 20 points and 9 rebounds and center Jonathan Tornato (210-89) scored 16 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Souffelweyersheim (8-7) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Hyeres-Toulon at the other side still keeps top position with four games lost. They share it with Boulogne. Souffelweyersheim will play against Nantes (#16) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Hyeres-Toulon will play against Saint Chamond (#12) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
