Regular Season Round 28: Hindu - Union SF 70-77

There was a small surprise in Chaco where second ranked Union SF (13-11) beat much higher ranked Hindu (15-5) 77-70 on Saturday. Hindu was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Italian Juan Kelly (190-88) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and American forward Eric Ferguson (203-89, college: Georgia South) who added 16 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side American Kenny Jones (198-84, college: Kentucky St., agency: DTMones) responded with 17 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Nicolas Paletta (180-87) scored 16 points and 5 assists. Despite that victory Union SF went down to third position due to points difference. Newly promoted Hindu keeps the second place with five games lost. Union SF will have a break next round. Hindu will play at home against Salta Basket and hope to win that game.
