No shocking result in a game when fourth ranked ALM Evreux (9-6) crushed bottom-ranked Orchesien BC (3-12) in Orchies 85-59 on Sunday. The game without a history. ALM Evreux led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-29 free shots (79.3 percent) during the game. ALM Evreux forced 20 Orchesien BC turnovers. Orchesien BC was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for American forward Joe Burton (201-90, college: Oregon St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. His fellow American import swingman Drake Reed (194-87, college: Austin Peay St., agency: Inception Sports) contributed with 17 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four ALM Evreux players scored in double figures. American forward Ronnie Burrell (203-83, college: NC-Greensboro) answered with 10 points and Steeve Ho You Fat (202-88) added 12 points in the effort for Orchesien BC. Orchesien BC's coach gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. ALM Evreux have a solid series of three victories in a row. They maintain fourth place with 9-6 record. Orchesien BC lost seventh consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 12 games lost. ALM Evreux will face Lille Metropole (#14) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Orchesien BC will play against Boulazac Basket (#8) and hope to win that game.
