Regular Season Round 13: Aris Petropolis - PAOK 29-79

Bottom-ranked Aris Petropolis (0-13) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 79-29 loss to fourth ranked PAOK (8-5) in Petropolis. They held Aris Petropolis to an opponent 20.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 47.1 percent accuracy of the winners. PAOK forced 21 Aris Petropolis turnovers and outrebounded them 46-35 including 34 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists comparing to just 5 passes made by Aris Petropolis' players. PAOK's next round opponent will be league's second-placed Panathinaikos in Athens and it will be for sure the game of the week. Aris Petropolis will play on the road against Ippokratis (#9) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
