There was no surprise when 10th ranked Takamatsu FA (8-20) lost to seventh ranked Kanazawa Samuraiz (17-15) in Ishikawa 64-72 on Sunday. The hosts trailed by 6 points at the halftime before their 44-30 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Kanazawa Samuraiz made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Quite impressive performance for American-Panamanian forward Gyno Pomare (203-86, college: San Diego) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 20 rebounds.
