There was an upset when 4th placed Campli (14-5) lost at home to eleventh ranked Bisceglie (8-12) 67-58 on Sunday. Strangely Campli outrebounded Bisceglie 31-12 including a 22-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. Quite impressive performance for guard Mauro Torresi Lelli (189-84) who helped to win the game recording 17 points. Forward Andrea Chiriatti (198-93) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Guard Onorio Petrazzuoli (193-88) answered with 7 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists and guard Antonio Serroni (192-87) added 9 points in the effort for Campli. Bisceglie maintains eleventh place in B with 8-12 record. Newly promoted Campli keeps the fourth position with five games lost. Bisceglie will face higher ranked Ortona (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Campli will play against Giulianova and hope to win that game.
