Very expected game when 12th ranked Angers (3-11) was defeated on the road by fourth ranked Villeneuve D'Ascq (10-4) 69-54. The game was mostly controlled by Villeneuve D'Ascq. Angers was better in second period 16-10. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Villeneuve D'Ascq forced 21 Angers turnovers.
