Very predictable result in Zgorzelec where fourth ranked Anwil (14-5) smashed 11th ranked PGE Turow (8-10) 94-75 on Monday. The guests trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 19 points. Anwil outrebounded PGE Turow 38-27 including 26 on the defensive glass. Czech swingman David Jelinek (196-90) scored 21 points and 4 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and Russian Fedor Dmitriev (204-84, agency: Alti Sport) chipped in 19 points and 5 rebounds during the contest.
