An interesting game took place in Tarshicha where higher ranked Hasharon (6-10) was upset on the court of eleventh ranked Hapoel Migd.H. (7-9) 87-83. They made 21-of-27 charity shots (77.8 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by Hasharon helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a very good performance for naturalized American guard Clarke Rosenberg (193-93, college: Chicago St., agency: N.E.T.) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Alan Skverer (-93) contributed with 15 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Four Hapoel Migd.H. players scored in double figures. American forward Rodney Alexander (201-87, college: Oklahoma City) replied with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 11 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Isaiah Sykes (198-91, college: Cent.Florida, agency: CGL Sports) added 19 points, 13 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Hasharon. Hasharon's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Hapoel Migd.H. have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Ramat Hasharon. Hasharon at the other side dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. Hapoel Migd.H.'s next round opponent will be higher ranked Maccabi Raanana (#5) on the road and it may be quite challenging game. Hasharon will play against Elitzur Yavne (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
