The game with biggest result difference took place in Mash'had. Local Samen (9-15) beat 9th ranked Army (3-21) 76-59. It looked good early as Army took a 4-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Samen had a 21-14 second period charge getting the lead and Army was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 59-76. Samen forced 19 Army turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. Lithuanian power forward Povilas Cukinas (210-83) orchestrated the victory by scoring 25 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists.
