No shocking result in a game when second ranked Ostersund (10-3) won against on the road 7th ranked BG Lulea (4-11) 88-73 on Thursday. The game without a history. Ostersund led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Forward Olle Lundqvist (199-99) stepped up and scored 22 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and guard Stefan Zivkovic (185-93) chipped in 12 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists. Point guard William Eriksson-Hansson (184-98) responded with 20 points and swingman David Hook (190-99) scored 14 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. BG Lulea's coach Fredrik Joulamo tested ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the sixth consecutive win for Ostersund. Newly promoted Ostersund maintains second place in BEHN forts with 10-3 record having just ten point less than leader Solna Branten. BG Lulea lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the seventh position with 11 games lost. Ostersund will face league's leader Alvik Basket in Bromma in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BG Lulea will play on the road against Jarfalla (#3) and hope to win that game.
