Very expected game in Ningbo where 19th ranked Bayi Rockets (7-31) were defeated by fifth ranked Shandong Bulls (28-10) 100-95 on Friday. Bayi Rockets trailed by 23 points after 3 quarters before a 30-12 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 95-100 at the end of the game. American-Ukrainian point guard Eugene Jeter (180-83, college: Portland) scored 37 points (!!!) and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the former international center HanLin Tao (208-91) chipped in 24 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. The former international center ZhongHao Xu (212-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 11 rebounds and center Hao Fu (206-98) scored 19 points and 6 rebounds. Five Bayi Rockets players scored in double figures. Bayi Rockets' coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Shandong Bulls moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Guangdong ST. Bayi Rockets lost eleventh consecutive game. They keep the nineteenth position with 31 games lost.
