It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Maccabi T-A. The game without a history. DiBartolomeo is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Four Maccabi Haifa players scored in double figures. At the losing side international point guard Gal Mekel (190-88, college: Wichita St., agency: Beo Basket) responded with 4 points, 8 rebounds and 10 assists and American guard Elijah Millsap (198-87, college: UAB) scored 15 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Maccabi Haifa maintains third place with 12-7 record having just one point less than leader Hapoel J-M. Maccabi T-A at the other side keeps the second position with six games lost. Maccabi Haifa are looking forward to face Ironi Nes-Ziona (#10) in Nes Ziyona in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Maccabi T-A will play at home against Ironi Nahariya (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
