The game in San Luis Potosi was also quite interesting. Second ranked Pioneros (29-3) played at the court of 8th ranked Santos (11-23). Pioneros defeated Santos 100-89 on Saturday. The game without a history. Pioneros led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 60.3 percent from the field. Pioneros shot the lights out from three sinking 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists.
