Polkowice led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding MUKS Poznan to just 7 points in fourth quarter. Polkowice dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to MUKS Poznan's 28. They outrebounded MUKS Poznan 46-29 including 33 on the defensive glass. Polkowice will face AZS Gorzow Wielkopolski (#10) in Gorzow Wlkp. in the next round and are hoping to win another game. MUKS Poznan will play at home against MKK Siedlce and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
