The most surprising game was a loss of top-ranked Lulea Basket (20-2) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were edged by fifth ranked Mark Basket (13-7) 35-34. It ended at the same time the eight-game winning streak of Lulea Basket. It was a good game for Spanish forward Grace Alonso de Armino (178-92, college: Freed-Hardeman) who saved her team from a defeat with 7 points and 8 rebounds. American forward Lauren Gregory (185-87, college: Vanguard) contributed with 10 points for the winners. The former international power forward Anna Barthold (185-80, college: St.Peter's) answered with 8 points and the former international guard Martina Stalvant (176-89, agency: Two Points) added 10 points in the effort for Lulea Basket. Mark Basket moved-up to fourth place. Defending champion Lulea Basket still keeps top position with two games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
