Seria A1 top team - Lucca (17-1) managed to deliver another win on Monday. This time they beat seventh ranked Napoli (7-11) 70-57. The game was mostly controlled by Lucca. Napoli managed to win third quarter 22-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Napoli to just 4 points in first quarter.
