Regular Season Round 20: Chalons-Reims - Chalon 101-111

Very expected game when 15th ranked Chalons-Reims (7-13) was defeated at home by sixth ranked Chalon/Saor (13-7) 111-101. The game was mostly controlled by Chalon/Saor. Chalons-Reims was better in second period 28-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Chalon/Saor shot the lights out from three nailing 18 long-distance shots on high 62.1 percentage. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists. The game was dominated by American players. The winners were led by point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) who had that evening a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 assists and swingman Jeremy Hazell (191-86, college: Seton Hall) supported him with 30 points. Even 30 points and 5 steals by swingman Alex Young (198-89, college: IUPUI, agency: Two Points) did not help to save the game for Chalons-Reims.
