Regular Season Round 18: Marin - Lucentum 81-61

LEB Silver top team - Marin (14-4) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed fifth ranked Meridiano Alicante (11-7) 81-61. The game without a history. Marin led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a good game for American guard Gabe Rogers (188-90, college: N.Arizona) who led his team to a victory with 25 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Power forward Antonio Pantin (206-88, agency: Interperformances) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. American guard Adrian Bowie (189-89, college: Maryland, agency: HMS) replied with 15 points and point guard Jose Gonzalez (185-80) added 11 points in the effort for Meridiano Alicante. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Marin have an impressive five-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 14-4 record. Meridiano Alicante at the other side dropped to the sixth place with seven games lost. Marin's next round opponent will be CB Tarragona 2017 (#7) on the road where they are favorite. Meridiano Alicante will play against El Olivar and hope to win that game.
