Not a big story in a game in Montenegrano where 8th ranked Monteroni (9-12) was rolled over by first ranked Montegrano (19-2) 89-55 on Sunday. Montegrano dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Monteroni's 34. They outrebounded Monteroni 42-21 including a 12-1 advantage in offensive rebounds. Montegrano looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Montegrano will face Porto S.Elpidio (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Monteroni will play against Taranto and hope to win that game.
