The game between closely ranked teams ended with sixth ranked Roseto's (13-8) home victory over 7th ranked Bologna Etern. (11-10) 77-72 on Sunday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. The best for the losing side was power forward Ed Daniel (201-90, college: Murray St.) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and swingman Jonte Flowers (196-85, college: Winona St.) scored 21 points. Bologna Etern.'s coach Matteo Boniciolli rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Roseto moved-up to fifth place in A2. Newly promoted Bologna Etern. dropped to the ninth position with ten games lost. Roseto will face Legnano (#13) in Castellanza in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Bologna Etern. will play at home against Matera (#16) and hope to win that game.
