Arantia defeated Soleuvre in Larochette 105-98. Arantia dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Soleuvre's 44 and made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American power forward Mike Jones (203-83, college: N.Texas) who had a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!) and 17 rebounds. The other American import guard Aaron Harrison (198-93, college: Lynn) chipped in 23 points and 6 rebounds. International point guard Pitt Koster (182-89) produced 32 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American power forward Derrick Barden (196-92, college: N.Colorado, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) added 20 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Soleuvre will play next round against strong Heffingen trying to get back on the winning streak. Arantia will try to continue on its current victory against BC Mess in Mondercange.
