Regular Season Round 11: Samorin - SBS Ostrava 81-62

The game between closely ranked teams ended with 9th ranked Czech SBS Ostrava's (1-7) road loss to eighth ranked Slovakian Samorin (2-5) 62-81 on Tuesday. The game without a history. Samorin led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 26-of-29 free shots (89.7 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for forward Zuzana Mracnova (180-80) who led her team to a victory scoring 28 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). Point guard Alexandra Riecka (170-78) helped adding 19 points. A Kubickova responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Anna Pavlicova (169) scored 8 points and 11 rebounds. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Samorin maintains eighth place in Group B with 2-5 record. Loser SBS Ostrava keeps the ninth position with seven games lost.
