Regular Season Round 22: Vitre - Caen 79-66

An interesting game took place in Vitre where higher ranked Caen (13-9) was upset on the court of seventeenth ranked Vitre (7-15) 79-66. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Caen. The game without a history. Vitre led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American Bill Clark (200-88, college: Duquesne) replied with 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and power forward Fabien Omont (205-86) added 18 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Caen. Newly promoted Vitre maintains seventeenth position with 7-15 record. Caen at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the sixth place with nine games lost. Vitre's next round opponent will be higher ranked Berck (#15) on the road and it may be quite challenging game.
