Everything went according to plan when eleventh ranked Rosa II Radom (10-14) defeated at home 13th ranked Biofarm PZN (7-16) 72-66 on Wednesday. Rosa II Radom had a 23-11 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by point guard Jakub Schenk (183-94) who scored that evening 18 points and 5 assists and forward Lukasz Bonarek (201-93, college: MSU-West Plains) supported him with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Even 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by point guard Piotr Wieloch (182-94) did not help to save the game for Biofarm PZN. Swingman Jakub Fiszer (187-95) added 13 points. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Rosa II Radom moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Notec Inowr. and Nysa Klodzko. Newly promoted Biofarm PZN keeps the thirteenth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Slask 2 Wroclaw. Rosa II Radom will meet higher ranked Legia W-wa (#3) in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Biofarm PZN will play against Pogon Prudnik (#6) and hope to secure a win.
