Bottom-ranked Nova Ves is still unable to win any game. This time they could not use their home court advantage losing their 30th consecutive match to seventh ranked Iskra Svit (9-22) 81-76 on Wednesday evening. Nova Ves trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 26-20 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 76-81 at the end of the game. Iskra Svit dominated on the defensive end, holding Nova Ves to just 7 points in first quarter. They made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Point guard Matej Hrabcak (187-93) added 17 points for lost side. Iskra Svit maintains seventh position with 9-22 record. Nova Ves at the other side still closes the standings. Iskra Svit will meet at home league's leader Prievidza in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Nova Ves will play against Nitra (#8) in Nitra and hope to get finally their first victory.
