There was no surprise in Monte Hermoso where 6th ranked MH Basket (10-18) was defeated by second ranked Alianza Viedma (15-12) 110-100 on Thursday. Alianza Viedma made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game. MH Basket was plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American forward Scott Cutley (196-85, college: CS Fullerton) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 15 rebounds and 5 assists. Point guard Pedro Franco (187-81) chipped in 27 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Cutley is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Guard Martin Muller (191-85) produced a double-double by scoring 27 points and 13 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and American center Dazmond Starke (201-90, college: Ky Wesleyan) added 23 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
