An interesting game for Amicale (20-1) which played road game in Esch against Basket Esch (10-11). Amicale managed to get a 10-point victory 89-79. The game was mostly controlled by Amicale. Basket Esch managed to win second period 24-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The game was decided in the last minutes when Amicale won last quarter 25-16. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Jordan Hasquet (206-85, college: Montana, agency: Dynamics Global Management) who led the winners and scored 26 points and 9 rebounds. The former international power forward Billy McDaniel (199-84, college: Ark.-Monticello, agency: Pro Partner Sports Management) accounted for 18 points and 11 rebounds for the winning side. Serbian-Hungarian Momcilo Latinovic (198-89, college: N.Mexico Highlands, agency: Mansfield and Associates) came up with 29 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and American swingman Zeke Upshaw (198-91, college: Hofstra) added 13 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Basket Esch in the defeat. Amicale will meet at home Musel Pikes (#3) in the next round, which may be the game of the day. Basket Esch will play against Etzella in Ettelbruck and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
