The game between closely ranked teams ended with 5th ranked Ortona's (15-8) road loss to fourth ranked Campli (18-5) 50-63 on Sunday. Guard Onorio Petrazzuoli (193-88) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Antonio Serroni (192-87) contributed with 15 points for the winners. Naturalized Argentinian point guard Victorio Gustavo Musso (185-84) answered with 18 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Fabrizio Gialloreto (185-87) added 14 points in the effort for Ortona. Newly promoted Campli maintains fourth place in B with 18-5 record. Ortona at the other side, also newcomer in the league, keeps the fifth position with eight games lost. Campli will face league's leader Montegrano in Montenegrano in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Ortona will play on the road against Senigallia (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
