Regular Season Round 24: Maurienne - Berck 79-88

The most important game in the last round took place in Aix-les-Bains between third ranked Aix-Maurienne (16-8) and sixteenth ranked Berck (9-15) on Friday night. Aix-Maurienne was defeated by Berck in a tough game at home 79-88. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 88-79. Berck outrebounded Aix-Maurienne 37-23 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a good game for American-Jamaican forward Justin Rutty (200-89, college: Quinnipiac) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds.
