Very predictable result when eighth ranked Boulazac Basket (10-9) defeated at home 14th ranked JA Vichy (8-11) 92-79 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Boulazac Basket. JA Vichy managed to win fourth quarter 29-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American power forward Franklin Hassell (203-88, college: ODU, agency: Inception Sports) fired a double-double by scoring 18 points and 19 rebounds for the winners. Guard Hugo Dumortier (195-93) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field). Boulazac Basket's coach Antoine Michon allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American point guard Dustin Ware (183-90, college: Georgia) produced 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import swingman Jason Williams (198-83, college: UTEP, agency: HMS) added 19 points respectively for lost side. Five Boulazac Basket and four JA Vichy players scored in double figures. Boulazac Basket maintains eighth place with 10-9 record. JA Vichy lost third consecutive game.
