Regular Season Round 21: Sigal Prishtina - Ylli 108-94

No shocking result in a game when second ranked Sigal Prishtina (14-3) beat at home 5th ranked Ylli (7-11) 108-94. Sigal Prishtina shot 61.3 percent from the field. They also forced 22 Ylli turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 43 assists comparing to just 20 passes made by Ylli's players. The former international Dardan Berisha (193-88) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 13 points, 8 rebounds, 15 assists and 4 steals for the winners and American guard Andrew Warren (196-87, college: Bradley) chipped in 28 points and 4 assists (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Sigal Prishtina's coach Antonis Konstantinides allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was the former international center Urim Zenelaj (212-91) with a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 21 rebounds and point guard Altin Morina (194-94) scored 16 points, 8 assists and 5 steals. Four Sigal Prishtina and five Ylli players scored in double figures. Sigal Prishtina have an impressive series of seven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains second place with 14-3 record having four points less than leader Peja. Ylli at the other side keeps the fifth position with 11 games lost. Sigal Prishtina will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Ylli will play on the road against Bashkimi (#3) in Prizren and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
