We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 15th ranked Martina Franca (5-19) was defeated at home by sixteenth ranked Mola (5-19) 77-68 on Sunday. Worth to mention a great performance of Nicola Bastone (195-92) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds and Francesco Didonna (190-94) who added 14 points and 4 assists during the contest. Four Mola players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was center Ivan Morgillo (206-92) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian swingman Nicolas D'Arrigo (193-93, agency: Players Group) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Mola maintains sixteenth position in B with 5-19 record. Mola will face higher ranked Vasto (#12) at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
