Very predictable result when fifth ranked Palermo (16-8) defeated on the road 15th ranked Venafro (3-21) 60-42 on Sunday. Palermo dominated down low during the game scoring 36 of its points in the paint compared to Venafro's 12. They outrebounded Venafro 55-11 including a 20-0 advantage in offensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Riccardo Antonelli (203-88) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and guard Edoardo Di Emidio (190-93) who added 12 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Raffaele Minchella (185-91) with 11 points and swingman Massimilano Fossati (195-93) scored 4 points and 4 steals. Palermo maintains fifth position in B with 16-8 record. Loser Venafro dropped to the sixteenth place with 21 games lost.
