Regular Season Round 21: Dominion BB - Andorra 83-72

No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Dominion BB (11-10) beat 10th ranked Andorra (9-12) in Bilbao 83-72. The game was mostly controlled by Dominion BB. Andorra was better in second period 21-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American point guard Clevin Hannah (179-87, college: Wichita St.) stepped up and scored 20 points and 7 assists for the winners and the former international forward Alex Mumbru (202-79, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 16 points and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Cape Verdean-Portuguese Joao Gomes (201-85) with 14 points and 8 rebounds and American guard Stephen Holt (193-91, college: St.Mary's, CA) scored 14 points. Both coaches tested many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Dominion BB maintains seventh place with 11-10 record. Andorra lost their third game in a row. They keep the tenth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Iberostar Tener.. Dominion BB will play against higher ranked Laboral Kutxa (#3) in Vitoria in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Andorra will play at home against Movil Estudiantes (#17) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
