Not a big story in a game when 10th ranked Aomori Watts (15-23) were defeated at home by sixth ranked Iwate Big Bulls (21-15) 75-71. The guests were ahead by 5 points but lost the second period ending it with a 2-point deficit before their 19-13 run, which allowed them to win the game. Iwate Big Bulls forced 19 Aomori Watts turnovers. It was a great shooting night for Iwate Big Bulls especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.9 percentage. The game was dominated by American players.
