They outrebounded Viterbo SA 42-26 including a 32-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international power forward Simone Bagnoli (205-81) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 18 rebounds and power forward Leonardo Salvadori (198-93) who added 17 points and 12 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was guard Michele Peroni (188-94) with 22 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Marco Giancarli (184-95) scored 8 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists.
