Regular Season Round 24: Udine APU - Bergamo 59-60

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Udine APU (22-2) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were edged by third ranked Bergamo (19-5) 60-59. It ended at the same time the six-game winning streak of Udine APU. Worth to mention a great performance of center Paolo Chiarello (204-78) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 8 rebounds and Tommaso Milani (190-88) who added 16 points during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Riccardo Castelli (200-88) with 15 points and 8 rebounds and Riccardo Truccolo (190-89) scored 14 points and 5 rebounds. Bergamo maintains third position in B with 19-5 record having just two points less than leader Forli. Udine APU at the other side still keeps top place with two games lost. Bergamo are looking forward to face Fiorentina (#11) in Firenze in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Udine APU will play on the road against Desio (#8) and is hoping to win this game.
