An interesting game for CASLA (25-17) which hosted in Almagra second-best GECR Indalo (22-15). First ranked CASLA managed to get a 7-point victory 85-78. The hosts trailed by 2 points after three quarters before their 28-19 charge, which allowed them to win the game. CASLA made 20-of-20 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. The former international forward Walter Herrmann (206-79) nailed 21 points and 8 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for the winning side and international guard Nicolas Aguirre (188-88) accounted for 16 points and 6 assists. The former international Carlos Schattmann (193-87) came up with 19 points and 7 assists and the former international forward Matias Sandes (201-84) added 20 points and 4 assists respectively for GECR Indalo in the defeat. Four GECR Indalo players scored in double figures. GECR Indalo's coach Gonzalo Garcia tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Newly promoted CASLA maintains first place with 25-17 record. Loser GECR Indalo keeps the second position with 15 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
