The most exciting game of round 6 in the Premier League took place in Mogilev. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of second-best COR-Borisfen (14-8) to fourth ranked Tsmoki II (9-12) 86-84 on Tuesday evening. COR-Borisfen was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 5-point lead after three quarters before a 27-20 charge of Tsmoki II, which allowed them to win the game. They made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Tsmoki II outrebounded COR-Borisfen 38-27 including 26 on the defensive glass. Guard Roman Rubinshteyn (195-96) scored 21 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Maksim Lyutych (200-97) chipped in 13 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Tsmoki II's coach used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was swingman Evgeni Ivanov (202-84, agency: Mike Diesel) with 17 points and 6 rebounds and Ukrainian center Maksym Kozlovets (205-90) scored 16 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Tsmoki II maintains fourth position with 9-12 record. COR-Borisfen lost third consecutive game. They keep the second place with eight games lost. Tsmoki II's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Minsk Impuls BGUIR.
