Aabyhoj upset Lemvig on the road to surge ahead in the quarterfinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Aabyhoj. Lemvig managed to win second period 20-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Lemvig 36-24 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Stephanie Mannemar Jensen (180-90) who helped to win the game recording 9 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Guard Bianca Christiansen (178-90) contributed with 19 points for the winners. Four Aabyhoj players scored in double figures. Hungarian forward Reka Fejes (186-87) answered with 22 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field) and American power forward Kaitlyn Mathieu (188-92, college: William & Mary) added 19 points (made all of her seven free throws) in the effort for Lemvig.
