Rather expected game when 6th ranked AZS UMCS (11-9) was smashed by third ranked Artego Bydg. (15-4) in Bydgoszcz 76-46. The game without a history. Artego Bydg. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding AZS UMCS to just 5 points in fourth quarter. Artego Bydg. dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to AZS UMCS's 24. They outrebounded AZS UMCS 43-24 including a 33-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Artego Bydg. players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by AZS UMCS's players. The best player for the winners was American Amisha Carter (186-82, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: Josep and Nicolas) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds.
