Fabio Bastoni fired 15 points and 5 assists (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winners. Swingman Stefano Poti (192-91) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. Four Taranto players scored in double figures. Forward Ferdinando Matrone (202-95) produced 11 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Marco De Angelis (198-94) added 15 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively for lost side. Despite that victory Taranto went down to thirteenth position due to points difference, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Giulianova keeps the tenth place with 16 games lost.
