There was a minor upset when 7th ranked AZS PCz (10-12) was crushed on the road by tenth ranked Cieszyn (8-14) 92-56 on Sunday. Cieszyn forced 22 AZS PCz turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Forward Lukasz Ochodek (197-82) fired 28 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Center Tomasz Czajkowski (204-82) chipped in 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Swingman Mateusz Gazarkiewicz (193-91) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and Michal Orlikowski (175-90) added 9 points and 7 assists respectively for lost side. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Cieszyn moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser AZS PCz dropped to the sixth position with 12 games lost.
