There was no surprise in Stockholm where 6th ranked KFUM Central (2-8) was defeated by third ranked Hogsbo (8-4) 75-70 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 8 points after three quarters before their 26-18 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Hogsbo made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. They also forced 27 KFUM Central turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward R.J. Slawson (206-92, college: Jacksonville) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 16 rebounds. Lucas Brehm (-91) chipped in 20 points and 4 steals. At the other side the best for losing team was Jonatan Bohman who recorded a double-double by scoring 16 points and 12 rebounds (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field) and Jean-charles Coffi added 14 points and 5 assists respectively. Hogsbo moved-up to second place in Superettan. KFUM Central at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the seventh position with eight games lost. Hogsbo will face Talje Knights (#8) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game.
