The game in Valga was also quite interesting. 5th ranked BC Rakvere (11-12) played at the court of seventh ranked Valga (9-13). Valga managed to secure a 6-point victory 90-84 on Friday. BC Rakvere trailed by 15 points after 3 quarters before a 27-18 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 84-90 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Kristo Saage (187-85) who scored 37 points (!!!), 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. Latvian swingman Edgars Krumins (194-86) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Brandis Raley-Ross (188-87, college: S.Carolina) who recorded 21 points and 6 rebounds and Latvian guard Reinis Strupovics (190-87) added 17 points respectively.
