There was no surprise in Concepcion de Urug. where 7th ranked MH Basket (11-21) was defeated by fourth ranked Parque Sur (17-16) 86-75 on Saturday. The hosts trailed by 8 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 11 points. Parque Sur outrebounded MH Basket 38-24 including a 31-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was guard Felipe Pais (185-90) who had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 10 rebounds. Pablo Walter (202-86) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 13 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Four Parque Sur players scored in double figures. Swingman Exequiel Cassinelli (196-92) produced 29 points and guard Leonel Alvarez (186-89) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the guests.
