The most important game in the last round took place in Aix-les-Bains between third ranked Aix-Maurienne (17-9) and sixteenth ranked Vitre (11-15) on Saturday night. Aix-Maurienne was defeated by Vitre at home 69-58. The guests trailed by 12 points after first quarter, but they stormed back and won the game by 11 points. Vitre dominated on the defensive end, holding Aix-Maurienne to just 7 points in third quarter.
