Very predictable result when second ranked Falconara (21-4) outscored at home 8th ranked Monteroni (11-14) 104-77 on Sunday. Falconara dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Monteroni's 36. Falconara forced 21 Monteroni turnovers. Guard Filippo Alessandri (190-89) fired 26 points (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners. Guard Vincenzo Di Viccaro (191-84) chipped in 16 points and 7 assists. Five Falconara players scored in double figures. Naturalized Dominican guard Yancarlos Jefferson Rodriguez (195-94) produced 20 points and 5 steals (made all of his seven free throws) and Alessandro Poti added 21 points respectively for lost side.
