Very expected game when 10th ranked Roma Luiss (12-13) were defeated on the road by third ranked Palestrina (19-6) 92-82 on Sunday. Palestrina dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Roma Luiss' 34 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. Roma Luiss were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Point guard Simone Rischia (185-90) fired 26 points and 6 assists for the winners. Forward Filippo Gagliardo (206-78) chipped in 20 points (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field).
